My boyfriend and I live in the DC metro area. We are planning to take a weekend trip on the first weekend in October but we can't decide where. We're cool to drive or fly but would prefer it's within 4 hours each way. So far I've been looking at Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, and Austin. I really like the walkability of places like NYC but I have already been there and was looking to go somewhere different. We're in our late 20's but the nightlife/club scene isn't really important to me. Any recommendations welcome.
