EU sim card?

Hi y’all!

I’m going to be traveling in the EU for about 8 months and Im looking into getting a sim card.

I’m not sure where to start. But what I want is basically as much data as possible.

I have an iPhone X if that helps at all!(and yes it is unlocked for a new sim card)
