I booked a trip through Travelocity to Los Cabos and I leave in 2 weeks. I got an email from a Local Expert that says he can book excursions and other things for me, but I have to call and pay over the phone.
Is this normal? I have researched the Local Experts, and it looks like this has been a thing for a while, but I can't find anything about payment. I feel like there should be a way to pay on Travelocity's website.
Has anyone experienced this? Please let me know if you've used a Local Expert before!
