Meeting parents in New York City in mid-October and all of us have been there at some point and done the typical touristy things like: Statue of Liberty, Wall St, Empire State Building, Brooklyn Bridge.
This time we want to do some other things like catch a museum, explore a neighborhood or two like Greenwich, Harlem or the Bronx, do the High Line or catch a carriage ride in Central Park. And we also plan to catch a show or two - either Book of Mormon or Hamilton, if they want to spend the money. I’ve seen them both and I thought those were safe bets and guaranteed a good time since they don’t do musicals too often and that’s typically not my dad’s thing.
Any other cool things we should consider? Is MOMA the museum of choice? I’ve always thought the Planetarium looked cool too. Any other shows we should consider?
Thank you for any thoughts.
