As the title says, considering heading to Portugal in mid-late January. The original plan was to split time between Lisbon and Porto, but in researching I found a few sources saying that it can be cold(ish) and rainy in Porto during that time of the year. As an alternative, I’m looking at going to Lagos/exploring the alrgave coast instead.
Any suggestions on what would be the better of the two options? I love food, the outdoors, and history equally so it seems like both offer plenty that I would enjoy. Or if you have a third alternative, feel free to leave that suggestions as well.
