Traveling to Porto, Portugal and spending a couple of hours there, need help exploring as much as possible in a few hours.

Hey all,

So I am traveling to Madrid, Spain for a week (9/20-9/28) and decided to take a day trip to Porto Portugal (9/25). My flight leaves to Porto at 9:20AM and we should arrive around 9:35AM (time change here I'm assuming). My flight leaves back to Madrid at 8:25PM. So my question is what all would you guys recommend to do in such a short amount of time? What would the ideal itinerary be for a couple of hours in Porto?

Quick information:

-I booked my flight with Ryanair, first time ever using this company, and found out later that I cannot cancel my flight.

-I would be willing to travel back to Madrid using the overnight train if it would be recommended.

-No specific budget since I am going to be there for a couple of hours.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this one day is seriously stressing me out!
