Have a few days in europe (Munich/Austria) for the first time in my life.. what should I do?

I'm going to be finishing up a work conference that can drop me off in Munich or Austria afterwards on a friday. I'll probably fly back home late sunday night or monday. What should I do? stay in the area? hit somewhere else in europe on my way home? any ideas would be appreciated!
