Hello fellow travelers, Do you know of any good beaches/condos in the Riviera Maya that are not occupied by all inclusives already? I'm looking for a beach/condo I can book myself, has a nice beach front and is near a decent town.
So, I've been to an all inclusive in Puerto Morelos and even that beach was nothing special. On another trip, I stayed at a boutique hotel in Tulum. That was a little more what I was looking for but the entire 'zona hotelera' was too expensive and too far from town. We visited Akumal and that seemed to have potential but was saturated with all inclusives.
It seems like an easy question but I'm having a hard time describing what I'm looking for. Thank you for your help and suggestions.
