Travel suggestions that are kid-centric?

Our original plans were to go to Chile (I'm from there but live in the US) but with all the stuff going on down there in the past 3 weeks I might not be a good idea.

Some important info.

• We're a family of 4 (kids 4 & 7yrs old)

• I work for a major airline so travelling is very cheap (free within the US) as long as there are seats in the plane.

• we have about 6-7 days to do this (Thanksgiving week)

• My kids love water so place where they could swim would be great.

We thought of Costa Rica, Hawaii as there seems to be good seat availability and direct flights to those places.

I honesty don't care where we go as long as my kids have a good time.

Any suggestions?
