Hi, everyone, I'm headed to the Caribbean in February on a cruise, and I want to take a set of scuba fins with me to go tooling around the beach. The problem that I'm running into is that they're a bit too big to pack in my checked luggage, and definitely too big to fit inside my carry on. However, I have a pair bungee straps and can securely fix them to the outside of my carry on and store the bag in the overhead bin. Do you think the airline would allow that, or should I find another method of packing them?
