Title is self explanatory. This also applies to best over-the-counter sleep aids to help stay unconscious through the majority of the flight. We’re in USA so Gravol isn’t an option.
Recommendations for activities, etc. also highly welcomed.
Thank you all!
Edit: because apparently this needs to be said, I have anxiety and have a history of anxiety attacks when flying. My attacks have stricken fear into those around me and whenever that’s happened, I’ve felt terrible. I also deal with restless legs due to anxiety, so...Yep. I am asking about medications. Congratulations to the few annoying folks here who felt the need to comment about my question nothing more than condescending remarks. I’m jealous of your ability to fly 14 hours in a single position comfortably, and I also hope that one day you find the strength in your life to follow the golden rule of Thumper’s family: if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. Thank you for being annoying and making me regret asking for help entirely. You’re what’s wrong with Reddit.
