So I’m going to spend a long weekend visiting my cousin who’s going to school in Davidson, NC.
She always posts the most beautiful photos of her hiking in the Blue Ridge and that’s our plan for the weekend. I’d ask her this question but I’ve told her the plan is for me to meet her at her apartment, and I’ll sleep on her couch and we’ll head to the mountains in the morning.
The real plan is that my fiancé is joining me, and we’re stopping to pick up her long term boyfriend who goes to school in a different state, and I want to get us an Airbnb in a good location near hiking trails. Or if there’s good camping that’s an option too?
I’ve never been to NC besides driving through so I’m excited to go :) any vegan eats spots are also appreciated!
