Expedia issue

Hi there

Not sure if this belongs here, but I’ve booked a trip via Expedia from the UK to Italy. Whenever I try to access my itinerary online it gives me a “Sorry we were too busy to process your request” page or something similar.

So I got the app and can now see my itinerary. Issue is, the ‘activities’ (such as a pass for entry to musems/etc as well as our vouchers for the airport shuttle) Redeem Voucher button takes me to that same error page.

Has been like this for days now. Any ideas on how to get around this? Is it a browser issue or something?

Nowhere else to turn. Would appreciate the help.
