Is it a bad idea to fly Spirit to Puerto Rico, even though the flights are dirt cheap?

My family is planning a trip to PR and we're currently looking for flights at the moment.

We have the means to travel on a bit bigger budget, but these flights are like ~$145 roundtrip and we're considering jumping on it quite heavily.

Thoughts/previous experiences on Spirit??
