MayI get some feedback on a trip I'm considering in April? The trip would be for approximately 3 weeks to central Europe from America. Based on research, my possible itineraries would be
Option A
- Berlin
- Prague
- Krakow
- Budapest
- Vienna
Option B
- Prague
- Vienna
- Budapest
- Zagreb
- Ljubljana
- Venice
Option C
- Berlin
- Prague
- Budapest
- Ljubjana
- Venice
That would give me roughly 4 days per city for option A and C and slightly less with option B, but travel time would be shorter between Zagrab/Ljubljana/Venice. My research has said 4-5 days is the ideal amount of time per large city. Traveling by rail and staying in hotels. Budget is mostly flexible, but not lavish. The trip would be centered around food/drink and tourist sightseeing with some light hiking where recommended.
