I am from Australia & traveling to Brazil for a month in March. I have been looking up each company i can find that does travel insurance on productreview.com.au & all of them so far only have negative reviews when it come to actually processing claims. All the 5 star reviews are from customers who never have yet to file any claims & were just happy with how easy it was to "setup".
So anyone on here gotten travel insurance & had to process a claim for injury or theft & had it go smoothly so can recommend a company?
All claim experiences appreciated thank you
