Fees & Taxes Flying to Mexico are insane?

So, i have flown international before and have never seen the fees and taxes I see trying to fly to Cabo this summer....adds almost 50% of the cost for the flight itself! Mexico Tourism Tax, US Departure Tax, Mexico airport departure tax. wtf.....talking almost $700 all together! IS there anyway to avoid this? Am ai stuck paying all of that?
