Has anyone gotten a speeding ticket from Spain?

I’ve just received a speeding ticket from Servei Català de Transit and been told to pay at www.emo.nivicredit.es.

I’ve read a ton of threads elsewhere and many others were wondering if it could be a scam, though a lot of comments say it’s not. The infraction date and place lines up.
