Safe to be around the Eiffel Tower at 1am what’s it like?

I REALLY want to see the final light show at 1AM.

But I’m worried about it being possibly dangerous. Homeless people coming up to me, gangs and youths.

Of course it could be the contrast and there are some young couples living Paris in the “romantic” way. I have been told it is quite empty which would be scary and leave a void for homeless/gang/youths to be around.

I wouldn’t stay out past 10pm in any other EU city. Is Uber still up at that time?
