Does ANA (airline) allow 2 backpacks as Carry-on Luggage?

I know typically ANA allows you to bring one carry on and a personal item. For my upcoming trip with ANA however I need to bring with me 2 typical sized backpacks (Like 2 North Face Recons) that I cant check in as I already have checked in luggage, So I was wondering if anyone has had experience bringing 2 backpacks on an ANA flight successfully.
