Does Hopper's "price freeze" also cover reductions in taxes & fees and insurance policies?

I just double-checked my trip as if I was booking it from scratch and all of the prices from the taxes & fees, to both insurance policies, as well as the tickets themselves were lower. I know I'll get a refund for the lower ticket prices but does it also apply to the other reductions?

If not, i'm just going to cancel and start all over because while the ticket prices are only $60 each in difference, all the other reductions make the total difference in price around $200 for the trip.
