I'm flying from YYZ(Toronto)-> JFK(NYC)-> ICN(Incheon). I'm a korean citizen, would I be able to make a layover at JFK? I heard US closed their borders for all unessential flights. I just called Delta to confirm and they told me they are unsure?! Someone pls clarify for me. I really just wanna go back home and spend time with family at this rough times. Thank you.
