Should i consider risk getting these $35 trips scheduled few months from now, and just simply lose it if the country is still quarantined at that time?

Looks too good a deal to pass up. Figured if country is still in bad shape, I just lose a measly $35, but if travels are suddenly a go before that and the spread is contained within the next few months, then it's a steal.
