In the photo I submitted to the passport office (US), I was wearing a blue shirt against a white background. There was no problem with submitting the photo. However, I just received my passport and it seems that my shirt blended into the background and was cropped out—due to this, my head looks like it’s floating in my passport photo. Should I contact the passport office and see if I should get it redone, or am I overthinking it?
