Travelling by plane (and sometimes by train, car, or bus) is normal, but I was wondering whether I'm able to buy a boat ticket and legally go from one country to another in this way. I'm not talking about a cruise, but more like a flight or taxi ride, but by boat. If so, is it cheaper than a plane ticket?
It goes without saying, but this is for after the pandemic is over, next year or the year after. I'll be living in Morocco and I'm interested in visiting Tunisia, Lebanon, Libya (not sure how safe it is, but I'd love to go if possible and safe enough), Egypt, and Algeria (probably not directly from Morocco since the land border is closed and I'm assuming by sea too). Is this form of travel even possible, even to one or two of the countries listed?
