Help me choose a place to live for 10 months out of these 9 states?

Hi all! I’ll be transferring to a trade school that provides housing and has multiple locations across the US with the same tuition.

I used to live in Long island, New York and North Carolina. I’m currently living in Upstate New York.

I love nature, photography, beaches, mountains and being able to have the city as well as farms in a drivable distance.

Any recommendations or information would be appreciated.
