Hi, I'd like to go see a friend over in Voronezh and I'm having trouble getting a Visa. I called the Russian Embassy to ask but they weren't of great help - couldn't even get a hold of 'em. I'd like to hold a private visa, since I'd like to always be able to travel during the year. Even in these spooky times. I tried a couple years ago but it fizzled out when they asked me for my college degree on my Visa Application - I'm still taking classes so I haven't actually graduated. Do I need one for the Visa, or would there be another way?
