Lucky2go via Google Flights, did I just get scammed?

I did a flight search using Google Flights and eventually bought round trip tickets through a vendor called "lucky2go."

Well, I'm reading reviews for this company and the only ones I can find are super horrible. It's a lot of people complaining in April about cancelled flights and not getting their refunds.

Has anyone used this site through Google Flights before? Stupidly, I thought since it was one of the vendors Google uses in its flight search I thought it would be somewhat reputable. It was one of three choices.

They already sent me an electronic ticket but I'm afraid that if the flight gets cancelled it's going to be impossible to get a refund. Before purchasing I did read the fine print about "cancellation through no fault of their own." I even paid extra for a lucky2go Shield which makes it easier to reschedule and get a refund.

If they try anything should I contact Visa? I'm worrying about things but I just want to stay ahead of the game somewhat.
