Like many of you, my wife and I have had our honeymoon plans scrapped numerous times. With travel outside the US still an uncertainty, we are considering a 10-14 day trip in Alaska in August or early September. Tentatively planning on renting a car out of Anchorage and traveling between small towns and scenic locations within the area.
My biggest concern is rain, as I see these are the rainiest months. Has anyone else travelled in the area during this time? Is it still worth it? Should we wait until next year?
Any advice or other concerns would be appreciated!
