The title pretty much says it all. I have a Wacom cintiq pro 32 which I want to transport with me from Japan to EU. I’ve looked into some carriers and other options until my friend mentioned that it’s possible to get some kind of 'ticket' or something for large sensitive equipment in-cabin carry. ...or something? Seeing as this thing costs as much as a car, and I have had major problems shipping electronics in the past to the point where I had my pc come to me shaped more like a sphere than a box that it once originally was, I wanted to explore other options. Anyone have any experience with stuff like this? Any successes and failures with moving expensive equipment across the world like this? Any input welcome.
If this matters to you: It's a 32 inch monitor that weighs around 13kg, the stand is much heavier but can be shipped as it’s relatively speaking not as valuable or fragile.
