Sorry, I tried reading the resources online but still a bit confused.
I'm from the US and I'm thinking of buying a flight ticket to Asia with a connection in Canada. I'm a US permanent resident.
Am I allowed to go through Canada for the purpose of staying at the airport for a connecting flight?
Of course I'm asking in the context of this year's new regulations.
