How do you “work from home” in a different country without your employer knowing? Are there VPN issues? For example, I live in the United States and want to live in Mexico for 2 months. But I don’t want to tell my employer that because I believe there might be complicated payroll tax issues. How would they even know unless I tell them? I have my work laptop and will have good wifi & Internet. Perhaps some I.T. people here or professional remote travelers would know?
