I’m not sure if questions are allowed here but I have a question about travelling to the US from the UK right now.

So as things are there is a ban on travel from the UK to the US. However, if as a UK citizen I was to fly to somewhere the US is still letting in e.g Jamaica, stay there for 14+ days, then travel to the US, would they let me in?
