Is Maine just Diet Oregon?

My favorite ever road trip was the Oregon coast -- randomly stoping anywhere was a treat. Amazing sea food, mountains, sea stacks, cliffs, sea lions, whale watching, quaint little towns, tiny aquariums, giant trees... Just driving the road was beautiful

We're talking about a Maine coast road trip, but is it similar just... smaller? Smaller trees, smaller cliffs, etc
