AirBNB refund for flooded apartment - advice

So I rented an Air BNB for 30 total days, the second day I was there it flooded and I had to stay elsewhere. I came back the next day and he had cleaned up and purchased a dehumidifier so I was comfortable continuing the stay, but I told him if it happened again I would be requesting a refund and leaving. Tonight it happened again, except worse. I was able to stay a total of 17/30 days, should I request a full refund or a per diem for my 13 days with added inconvenience?

I was hoping Air BNB handled this so I wouldn’t have to negotiate with this guy but that’s the way it seems unless we can’t come to an agreement. Looking for advice in this situation.
