I live in an expensive major US city and my lease is up at the end of October. I've been working remotely for months and my big brain idea is that there will be a lot of college students eager to sublet this coming fall because their universities are teaching remotely. What college towns is the US would be good places to live for a couple months in the winter? Preferably walkable, with a climate a little nicer than New England, social distancing friendly recreation options, and large off campus student bodies so that there are abundant housing options.
