'sneaking into' first class when it is empty

hi everyone, first time posting here. im flying from north america to europe in about 2 weeks and from the looks of it my flight will probably mostly be empty. i have been in this situation before and the flight attendants always say 'no' and are very strict about moving to an empty seat.

i was wondering if it would be okay to 'act like i belong' and just sit in a first class seat, since i dont want to be flat out rejected after asking which is what happens.

will i get in trouble if they look at my ticket and see that i dont belong? im planning on checking the seat chart right before leaving to see whats available.

i also ordered dinner on the flight (it will be ordered to my original seat) but maybe its best not to eat food on planes right now? unrelated question but should i pack my own food? thanks.
