Hello everyone, first time posting to reddit, let alone this sub so let me jump into it.
My wife and I have been contemplating moving overseas for several years (both ealry 30s, USA). We also have a 1.5 yr. old daughter. This idea has picked up steam lately and we're in the first real planning stages. Our initial thought is to spend 3+ months in Latin America (where we've traveled quite a bit), 3 months in Europe, and 3+ months in SE Asia. This is to truly test out a few areas in hopes of a long term stay in the future. The current situation isn't going to allow this to happen right away, but would like to have a plan for when the world opens back up to us.
She's a nurse and I'm in upper management in a global manufacturing company. Ideally, I'll be able to continue working remotely while she obtains higher nursing education online.
One of our major concerns is taking our daughter along and finding childcare in different countries. I know this, or some version of it, has been done before and would love to hear tips, expectations, etc. on this or anything that might help from anyone with experience.
