I have planned a surprise trip for my brother and I over the past year for us to go to Norway. I bought plan tickets, train tickets, hotel rooms, and a short day cruise. All of this totaled about $4,000. We are supposed to go Thanksgiving week. Will this be possible or am I SOL?
