Hello ! I apologies if this isn't the correct place to post this.
I've question regarding entry of the states. As we know, USA has banned entry for people which has been within those specific countries within the past 14 days.
My question is, as a swedish citizen with an ESTA Visa (Sweden is one of the banned countries) If I let's say, spend 14 days+ in a country which has no ban, Turkey for example and then after a specific period of time then takes a direct flight from there into USA, should I have permission to enter ? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the ban is location and not nationalitywise right? So if I'm not far too stupid then this would make sense.
I ask for any valid information, with supporting facts would be even more appreciated but every effort to reply this I'm grateful for ! Stay safe everyone and warm regards.
