Southwest Air travel credit - can't figure out where to go

*throws salt*
I hope to be a seasoned traveler soon...
My starting point would be BNA or ATL

Hello explorers and travelbugs, I'm on a quest for hidden gems in America that are accessible by Southwest Air and it doesn't really matter where on the map at this point, just somewhere new with awesome public transit or cheap car rentals.

Anyways, I have some credit on Southwest from a corona-cancelled trip that was supposed to land in Chicago, so my focus is to see some new places when things start clearing up, mainly because it takes too long to drive west or north, and/or I love the view from 30,000 ft, whichever one makes more sense ;)

It also appears that the big cities are still locked down and everything fun is either limited or closed to visitors. NYC and Chicago would work if corona would clear out already....

The Canadian border is closed too, so I can't hop on a train to Toronto or Vancouver, but a long weekend at Niagara falls would work as a backup option too...

My interests are mainly focused outside - beaches, adventures, hiking, food, scenic views, cityscapes, etc.

I've checked on Hawaii, SW only has inbound flights, nothing available outbound...

Backup option - LAX to Santa Monica, I figured out their metro system on a previous work trip, and it's quite easy to do a tour of Hollywood and surrounding by rail, bus, and walking, but California is on fire again.

Any insight would be appreciated, America is huge, but a good part of the popular tourist places are pretty much off-limits...
