Transit through Canada As a US Citizen

I’ll be transiting through Canada next week and flying with Air Canada as a US Citizen to a third country and my layover is two hours. The website says that transit through Canada to and from any location is permitted.

I’ll be flying SEA > YVR > ICN

Have any US Citizens encountered any issues with this or could share their experiences ?
