I was planning on traveling from ATL TO NYC at the end of October to visit a friend in need. We aren’t going out, staying in her apartment, and I was going to be tested/quarantine before I go after hopefully negative results. Obviously not go if positive.
I know NYC has a mandatory 14 day quarantine upon arrival. Question is—if I’m quarantining while there (arrive Friday) but only for 2 days, will I be able to board my return flight Sunday? Or will they stop me, require me to quarantine and not let me go.
I originally planned this trip because I was under the impression I just had to have a negative test. Obviously will cancel if this isn’t allowed.
Thanks!
