Best places to spend 2 weeks and work remotely

So my fiancé and I are still working from home and want to safely get out and go somewhere new while we can still avoid using vacation. Anywhere in the lower 48 is fine that doesn’t have quarantine restrictions in place works well and that is somewhat affordable. Wondering if anyone has done anything similar and has recommendations
