Not sure if anyone has ever purchased airfare from Kiwi.com, but I booked 3 different trips within Peru that all got cancelled by the airline (Lantam). Kiwi.com told me to wait 3 months to receive my full refund. It's not been 6 months, multiple phone calls later and im just now receiving my first refund of $11.65 when the ticket was $99.01. I don't know know who I can reach out to who can help me out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
