I have to travel to Florida to work for a few weeks and then make my way back to Hawaii after a stop in California. Suggestions on place to visit during the pandemic

I currently live in Hawaii and at the end of this month I will be traveling to Florida for a few week to work. On my return to Hawaii I will be stopping in San Francisco to visit family though I would like to visit one to two other place on my way from Florida to California. Hawaii has been on lock down since the start of the pandemic and requires a two week quarantine after arriving back on the island. So I want to take this opportunity to travel a bit before being confined to my home when I return to Hawaii. Does anyone have recommended places that are cheap to fly to from Orlando that are less impacted by covid? im interested in places where business are open or access to natural sites are open (e.g. trails, parks). In Hawaii, the beaches and trails have been closed for the past few weeks and we are currently in our second stay at home order. I am not sure how other areas the US are addressing the pandemic which is why I am seeking out redditors for suggestions.
