Won't go too much into legal details - but was on a medication for many years and was told was ok to drive by my doctor. Long story short, being charged with a DWI Drug charge (Misdemeanor in NY). Retained a great lawyer to fight it, but preparing for worst-case scenario.
I know the deal with Canada - my job doesn't require any travel there.
My field requires frequent travel to Mexico, China, Japan, S. Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Europe, Britain.
This travel is frequent and often with short notice. I never drive in these countries, vendors usually provide pickup at airport.
If convicted - what kind of limitations should I expect? I am terrified my career is in jeopardy here.
