What is a good country for an English speaker (30 M) to start over in?

I am looking to "reboot" my life with a complete change of scenery. I am from the UK, but am looking for recommendations for English-speaking places where I could start with a clean slate.

Finances aren't a big problem, and my job can be done from anywhere in the world, so that isn't an issue either.

Ideally I want a different culture to the one of the UK.

I'm happy to learn foreign languages.
