Global Entry Revoked after 2 years of usage - "You do not meet program eligibility requirements." HUH??

So I recently flew to Europe, Mexico, Jamaica. Upon my return to Jamaica I used Mobile Passport instead of Global Entry as I was with a passenger (my girlfriend) who does not have Global. We get selected for a "random interview" answer some questions and are cleared to leave.

2 days later I received notification my Global Entry is revoked.

I went right back to airport and nobody could tell me why. The only thing in the letter and the only thing people see on the computer is "You do not meet program eligibility requirements."

Ok WHAT requirements??? I submitted a Reconsideration Request to the Ombudsman but wtf could it possibly be?

No Arrest, No DUI, No Jail-time, not even a speeding ticket in the last 2 years.....
