I recently booked a flight on kiwi.com and they cancelled my ticket last week. They said that they can refund in approximately 3 months which is absurd.
Firstly, I tried calling them and had no answer. I even tried emailing and only now got an automated response. Secondly, I saw on their Instagram page and saw almost everyone complaint about how they never received their refund and that kiwi always cancels flight and never return the money.
This has me stressing that I wont be able to get my money back and that these people are scammers. Has anyone experienced the same thing?
